Frank A. Ilardi
Frank is a founding partner of HOUCK, ILARDI & REGAS who focuses on representing individuals and families who suffered serious injuries and damages caused by the negligence of others such as doctors, hospitals, product manufacturers and premises owners.
Frank clerked for two Superior Court Judges in Fulton County and has also served the citizens of Georgia as an Assistant Attorney General and as a prosecutor in the Gwinnett County District Attorney's Office, where he gained extensive trial and appellate experience. More recently, Frank defended physicians and hospitals in claims of medical negligence, as well as large corporations and insurance companies, before taking up the cause for victims of their negligence.
Frank is a native of Massapequa, New York. He graduated from the University of Florida with honors in 1994. Frank then moved to Atlanta to attend Emory University School of Law, where he earned a coveted place on Moot Court Special Teams, and graduated in 1997.
Frank lives with his wife, Dawn, and daughter, Gia, in Atlanta.
